The Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering (AE) at Georgia Tech and the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India have joined together to offer a summer study-abroad program for second- and third-year AE students. The classes will be taught by Georgia Tech faculty. All Georgia Tech students enrolled in this program will pay the in-state tuition rate, regardless of their actual residency.
Important Details:
- Program Fee: $4,000 (includes meals, housing, and overseas health insurance)
- Fee Schedule:
- December 15, 2024: $500 deposit (this will be refunded if the program is canceled for any reason)
- February 15, 2025: $1,750
- March 15, 2025: $1,750

- Tuition: All Georgia Tech students will pay in-state tuition

More Than an Adventure
This summer study program is perfect for students who want to make up credits after taking time for an internship or co-op. The 10-week summer program allows students to earn 12-14 credits that apply directly to their engineering major. And, when the four-day school week is over, students enrolled in this program can use their three-day weekends to explore India -- a sub-continent of unparalleled beauty and history.
