The School of Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for tenure-track and non tenure-track faculty positions. Aerospace Engineering - Multi-Rank Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

Job Summary:

The School of Aerospace Engineering (ae.gatech.edu) at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions. Applicants will be considered at all ranks and in any technical areas of relevance to aerospace systems, interpreted broadly. These areas include artificial intelligence and dynamical systems.

Typically reporting to the School Chair, the Professor is a tenured/tenure-track faculty member who performs a combination of teaching, research, and service. Professors may hold administrative appointments as long as the majority of their time is dedicated to teaching, research, and service. Professors hold a terminal degree and have normally spent three or more years at the rank of Associate Professor.  The position is located at the Atlanta Campus, Atlanta Georgia.

Manager-Financial (295288)

The Manager of Finance serves as a key operational leader within the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering (AE) Finance team and provides dedicated financial support to both AE and the Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL). This role oversees daily financial operations, supervising and developing a team responsible for processing and reviewing routine financial transactions, monitoring budgets, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data across state, sponsored, and other funding sources. The Manager ensures timely financial reporting, compliance with institutional and sponsor requirements, and effective internal controls. Working closely with AE administrative partners and ASDL¿s Executive Director and senior research leadership, the position provides financial analysis, operational guidance, and budget oversight to support research activities, resource planning, and the successful execution of complex academic and research initiatives.
