The AE Limerick Study Abroad Program:

The Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering has established a very successful and well-subscribed summer semester Study Abroad program on the University of Limerick campus in Ireland. It is designed for third and fourth-year students. All courses are designed and taught by AE faculty. For more information, contact Dr. Lakshmi Sankar

Courses
Students select 12 or 13 hours of courses from the following list:
First 5 weeks:(Choose 6 to 7 hours)
- AE 3030 Aerodynamics (4 hours)
- AE 3140 Structural Analysis (3 hours)
- AE 3330 Aerospace Vehicle Performance (3 hours)
- AE 3530 System Dynamics & Vibrations (3 hours)
- AE 4699 Undergraduate research ( 1 to 3 hours, max)
Second Five Weeks (Choose 6 to 7 hours)

Program Costs & Deadlines
The following cost estimates do not include airfare:
- $5000 - Program Fee (includes apartment-style housing and supplementary insurance)
- In-state Tuition Fees (minimum 12 hours)
- Applicable Technology Fees
- Students will buy their own meals at campus restaurants, arrange for their own airfare and ground transportation
Deadlines:
- December 15, 2023: Application and deposit of $500 due. Apply at https://atlas.gatech.edu/
- February 15, 2024: $2,500
- March 15, 2024: $2,000
- Full refund if cancelled by March 1, 2024
