Jody Hayles came to Georgia Tech from Emory University where he was a maintenance supervisor for 13 years. There he managed 16 staff members with 26 buildings, ranging from academics and research to housing. Prior to that, he worked at Fort Gillem for eight years as a Boiler Operator. He worked on 47 kinds of boilers and the equipment associated with them. Before that position, he was a PM specialist working on a little of everything from HVAC to plumbing.
