G. Monique Waddell is a communications officer for the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering (AE). Her work focuses on AE’s internal and external communications, website, and social media platforms. She earned a bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, from Georgia State University and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Writing from Seton Hill University.

Before joining AE, Monique worked in the Southern Regional Education Board- State Doctoral Scholars Program. She also served as a Portfolio Manager II in Georgia Tech Professional Education. She brings over seven years of public affairs experience from her roles at the U.S. Department of Education.
