Farah Kashlan will be the newest Director of Development to join the College of Engineering development team, effective August 26. Farah will serve as the primary fund raiser for the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering, with a secondary unit development assignment within the College of Engineering.
Farah comes to us from Agnes Scott College, where she has been Associate Director of Capital Gifts. Farah earned her undergraduate degree at Agnes Scott and a Masters' degree in Public Policy from Georgia Tech in 2005. She has many connections to Georgia Tech - in fact, ten of her family members are Georgia Tech graduates, including her mother and her sister.
A former Accenture strategy consultant, Farah's passion for fundraising began when she was working with Target MarkeTeam, as a Director of Strategic Initiatives. In her role, she worked with non-profit health organizations and later transformed those skills into higher education development work.
Please join us in welcoming Farah to the development team and AE!
